Sandra M. Pai (‘91) currently serves as Senior Analyst and Hearings Specialist for the University of Virginia. Her focus at the University is on Human Resources and employment matters, including representing the University of Virginia in grievance hearings and advising Human Resources regarding the application and appropriate enforcement of the Standards of Conduct and Medical Center Policy 701. Ms. Pai files Bankruptcy Proofs of Claim on behalf of the University (not the Medical Center) and handles and tracks class action suits. Ms. Pai received her bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Virginia, and received her law degree from the T.C. Williams School of Law at the University of Richmond. Ms. Pai joined the University in 1999.
